3. The oil lubrication system is meticulously designed with two optional solutions: Solution 1: Grease-free, pure thin oil lubrication with circulating oil flow, excellent cooling effect, and more conducive to extending bearing life. Solution 2: Grease lubrication for pressure wheels, special structure without oil seals, eliminating easily damaged fluoroelastomer oil seals. The pressure wheel lining can be used until natural wear without damaging the bearings.

4. Feeding uses a current control system, automatically regulating feeding speed based on current size, ensuring reliable feeding without clogging, saving labor, and significantly reducing costs.

II. PK Flat Die Pellet Mill, Several Advantages

1. Vertical Ring Die Pellet Mill: The mold is stationary, pressure wheels rotate, vertical feeding ensures more direct and smoother material intake.

Old Flat Die Pellet Mill: The mold rotates, pressure wheels are stationary, vertical feeding is direct, but due to mold rotation, formed pellets undergo secondary beating, resulting in poor pellet formation.

New Flat Die Wood Pellet Mill: The mold is stationary, pressure wheels rotate, vertical feeding is equally direct and smooth, making it suitable for soft and fluffy biomass materials. However, due to flat die structure limitations, mold diameter cannot be large, so it only appears in small models to meet small customer needs.

2. Vertical Ring Die Pellet Mill: Vertical structure, ring-shaped mold, more conducive to heat dissipation and cooling.

Flat Die Pellet Mill: Material covers the flat mold above, with hot finished pellets below, making the compression chamber relatively enclosed. Heat dissipation is poor,不利于軸承的使用壽命以及易損件的磨損周期。
